of the Ordo Stella Matutina
In the Name of I. N. R. I. Nequaquam
Vacuum! To All
Fratres and Sorores of The ROSAE
RUBEAE et AUREAE CRUCIS We,
the Chiefs of the Second Order, in Convention assembled, By the Grace
and Glory of the Great First Cause, that Divine Principle of all that
is, or ever shall be, do hereby Declare our Independence from any
existing constituted branch of The ROSAE RUBEAE et AUREAE CRUCIS, and
further, desire to reconstitute, and ordain an do
hereby establish A new Independent branch of the R.R. et A.C on
its original basis For the preservation and perpetuation of maintaining
and providing a safe sanctuary for the esoteric Virtues of the Rosy
Cross for the Great Work. Be
it known we do further, re-organize, re- constitute, and ordain, the
Ordo Stella Matutina and the Order Mystic Rose, hereinto The ROSAE
RUBEAE et AUREAE CRUCIS under the Rosy Cross. We
do further, herby appoint of the said Order for such further time that
such election shall be regulated and consistent to such By-laws of the
said Order Be
it known that Hereby
assume and take up their duties as Greatly Honored Chiefs, and Rule the
Inner Order, and, further, To take special care, observe, perform, and
endeavor always to protect the Rosicrucian Landmarks and to keep all the
rules, regulations and orders contained in the Constitution and By-laws;
and, further, from time to time cause to be entered, in a book kept for
that purpose. Further,
We hereby empower the Order to govern, and to
elect and to appoint Officers as required, an do further grant the Order
Officers With full rights to establish and enact Order By-Laws,
Regulations, Rules and a department for the purpose of doing practical
humanitarian work and to appoint subordinate Temple Chiefs as required,
With full rights. The ROSAE

For which purpose this shall be sufficient Warrant. In
